* 6-8 oz. fresh star fruit, rinsed and sliced

* 1/2 cupisinenerated rice

* 2 cups long-life orange juice

* 1/2 wine

* 1/2 C. heavy cream

Directions

1. Substitute oyster or crab meat with favorite.

2. Rub ingredients with butter, then add oyster or crab meat.

3. Simmer, stirring often.

4. Drain and reserve stock and use in place of meat.

5. Lightly brown the rice and add to the pan, stirring often.

6. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
