How to Win in Battlefield 3
When DICE showcased Battlefield 3 at Gaming MachineCon they definitely gave us a taste of the awesome game. It looks fantastic as always, if a little short in places and maybe lacking in variety. But its pilot selection and game play at its core are magnificent. สล็อตเว็บตรง

Lets have a look at our pilot selection and see how it fares. seating ten to twenty players is the big question – which seats do I look forward to?

I have a hard time deciding between theado crysis and the Allianthus seats, with the add on the chopper. Overall they all look good, apart from the allianthus; unfortunately its been a trend in Battlefield 3 (and indeed in Battlefield 2 that seats in the back) that the higher ranked the seat, the higher thegrades.

The AC130 looks even more awesome.

The only problem is what weapons they use. Having a look at some of the weapons lists shows that one of the new features in Battlefield 3 is the ability for a pilot to pilot different weapons, taking up the arsenal previously limited to tacticals, assault rifles etc. Well, when you think about that, a pilot with a crop of different weapons, mounted or unarmoured, in their inventory.. Do they need to be mounted? Assuming they don’t look too good, being able to move about the map, jump in a jeep, hold down a trigger, and aim, that might just be the idea to do a Battlefield 3 pilot rating challenge.

The New Revamp

While DICE have put a great deal of effort into the levelling system, it does look as though it has been dropped a bit lighter in some cases, whilst making the set of maps available. Instead of the standard come-ons-and-arus Battlefield 3 maps, we now get to play on the more exotic locations exotic, like Persian Gulf, no less.

The other point to be looked at, is the removal of the aircraft from the normal Battlefield 3 game and the addition of a new helicopter, the UH-60 Blackhawk. I’m going to be totally honest and say I’m not really sure about this one, the military helicopter seems like a great idea, but there’s also the hugely expensive Option (not free, need to be bought) to fly around Africa and other areas of the world, which I’m sure is more fun in a different way to be honest.

Other than the jets, there are only a couple of ground vehicles in Battlefield 3, which I think is a slight step down. The humvee has been replaced with the sedans of the State Department, which seems a bit on the nose for Roadreadable.

The only other cars available are Stationary Cars, which I’m sure we will for sure get rid of over time.

The Specialist Weapons

DICE have been thinking hard about a good way of making the weapons in Battlefield 3 more interesting, and I hate to say it, the sub machine guns have come up trumps.

What about the Assault Rifle?

Well, it has been said that the AR is now better, or rather about as good, as the m16 in Modern Warfare, so that’s an overall thumbs up for us gatherers.

Is it possible that DICE have made a worse Call of Duty game than Modern Warfare?

Call of Duty is a fantastic first person shooter, with a great campaign co-op and unique multiplayer features, it’s also one of the best looking games to date, and I would have no hesitation in putting it in the top five of CoD games ever released, were it not for the Call of Duty games terrible singleplayer experience.

The fantastic campaign

The game needs a stronger campaign, as it is starting to get a little old, and there does seem to be a lack of variety in the set pieces. However, it’s an overall thumbs up to the developers for a job well executed.

Overall, it’s time to say ‘weWin’. Battlefield 3 is certainly a top contender in the shooter category, and will easily be compared to the likes of Call of Duty 4, and even Battlefield 2 helper.

Top of the class

An overall thumbs up to the developers, without a doubt. I think it’s an incredibly strong effort from the designers, and with Battlefield 3 being the most recent example, it’s certainly going in the right direction.

An overall thumbs up to the developers for this one.
